Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

This is a consumable item so we cannot accept returns unless prior authorized by Horace Callwood (Chef and Owner).

Un open containers will be accepted for full refund if you were sent the wrong order or your order was damaged in shipping.  Please take a photo for our records.

Shipping Policy:  We will ship daily.

Return and Refund policy:

• Terms of return (All products must be returned 14 days) with permission from Horace Callwood.
• State of return (e.g. unopened package)
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
